H.E Mr. Yao Jing, Ambassador of China to Pakistan called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) at GHQ, today.
Matters of mutual interest including regional security issues were discussed during the meeting. The Chinese Ambassador appreciated the conduct of the successful visit of the Chinese Foreign Minister and across-the-board support for CPEC in Pakistan. COAS reiterated that CPEC is the economic future of Pakistan and its security shall never be compromised.
