The Pakistan Navy’s war game, Shamsheer-e-Bahr-IX, has begun in Karachi, with General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, gracing the event as the honored guest. Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi, accompanied by high-ranking military officials from various branches, also participated in the event.
“Shamsheer-e-Bahr” (Sword of the Sea) is a significant naval war game conducted by the Pakistan Navy. This maritime exercise involves comprehensive naval maneuvers, tactical drills, and simulations, aimed at enhancing operational readiness and testing the capabilities of the naval forces. The war game demonstrates Pakistan Navy’s commitment to maintaining maritime security and safeguarding its territorial waters.
